Rita and I have moved to Galveston Apr 2nd. On the 5th I was at the Walmart here unloading my scooter and some SOB Backed in to me dislocating my left knee. No I'm sorry or anything. He helps me up and returns to his truck and drives off. Cops were called and I am told nothing they can do witout a liscense plate number. My knee is hurting me "BIG TIME" and I'm really pissed. So far everything else seems to be going along smoothly. Haven't been fishing yet but I am planning on a trip for Saturday.

Sounds like a hit and run to me! Lazy cop! Does that Walmart have parking lot security cameras?
Id be raising a stink.
Plus Id hang out at the Walmart every day for a month. If the DB is a local he'll show back up. Then Id make him regret ever meeting me.

UPDATE Just got back from Walmart. Cruiseing through the parking I spot the truck that hit me. Call the police. They come out and wait for the dude to come out. Waled up to him and he starts running away on foot after opening hi drivers door. They stop him and upon questioning himwas told that "He thought I was okay when he drove off" The police arrest him and tow his truck. I got to court on the 9th of May. I'll update everyone then. My knee is still swollen and very bruised. The police took pictures when it happened and today as a follow up. I'm going to talk with an attorney tomorrow at 10AM.

Have you gotten down to Boyds for some cheap crawfish? TCD was looking great when I was down there a couple weeks ago. Drove all the way out to the end and froze my tailfeathers off watching the ships and the dolphins.
