Looking to build a bait tank. I have a 150 gallon black Rubbermaid stock tank. Any ideas for aerator and filter?

I think your cheapest most effective option for filtration would be to get two of each of these. This would allow for a pretty heavy bioload in the thing. The sponge fits onto the pump. if you set one up close to the top and one pointed at the bottom, I bet you would get decent aeration and water movement from them.
