 Thoughts on 2015 1648 w/ 20 HP Nissan

I am planning to go look at a 16ft 2015 Alumnacraft with a 2015 20 HP 4 stroke Nissan. The guy is asking 2900. From what ive researched i feel that the boat will be slightly under powered if loaded down. However, the 1648's are a lot harder to find and i feel that if necessary, i could sell the motor for a decent chunk of what he's asking and look for a 30-40 HP. Any thoughts or recommendations will be much appreciated!

20hp? I'd agree it might a little under powered.
