April report for Richland Chambers Lake

White bass, and hybrid striper are schooling hard, running shad so I'm running the bird pattern throwing sassy shads for limits of hybrids and white bass!
Blue cat are running the points and wind blown shore line gorging on spawning shad so I'm using fresh caught shad catching nice bluecats!
Crappie and Black bass are through spawning.
Soon I will be hitting the crappie on brush piles!
Black bass is the only species I don't guide for but I can tell you this is a great black bass lake.
Water is a little stained or you could say muddy up the creeks.
Water temps 62 to 65 degrees depending on the day.
