When is a good time to hit Lake Winnsboro for Redear Bream? I would like to take kids from church. Thanks
Is there any other lake closer that has big Redears?

I do not fish that area. Here in South Central Texas Redear along with other sunfish are fixing to spawn. Fish have moved to shallower water and are staging by grass beds. Good luck. Hope you catch a bunch.  Side Note. Hope anglers who fish your area respond with current reports.
