Here we have made it past winter and the crappie are getting warmer and biting better all the time.

Seems every day now there is Lake advisory for wind from one direction or another. Sure is a pain to try & fish in big wind. I've had days when I caught allot of crappie but felt beat by the time I can in from the wave action.

Some lakes just aren't' set up to get out of the wind and fish coves all day.

Rant Over.

Yep, hate it as well...BUT, that is Just Gods way of telling you to get you arse to the creek, cause that�s where the fish are....

I too have felt like it was a workout vs relaxing this spring. March was a lion foo-sure...

Between work and wind this has been the least amount of time I spent on the water in many years.

It gets worse as you get older, until you make the choice to reallocate your time to fishing more, working less.
