Friday morning my husband and I headed out to catch some crappie for a fish fry for Sunday. We fished from 1pm till about 5 while the rest of the gang arrived. We caught 14 keepers and threw back lots of dinks.


Sat evening I took our youngest daughter, neice and her bf out on a boat ride and tried to catch some more crappie but only ended up with dinks. My neice and i caught double dinks lol
My neices bf caught a ditch pickle. saddly we ended up with no keepers. Sat night about 12 i caught a 69in alligator gar measured it and threw her back.
Easter morning we had breakfast then headed out on the water with our daughter,son in law and granddaughter. We were catching lots of dinks but managed to keep another 14 keepers.

We had a blessed weekend with family and friends.

Looks and sounds like a good time! Kids fishing and them getting to eat what they catch is awesome!
