Ok, we've covered the "Fishing Elbow", and I've used a lot of what I've learned here to greatly diminish that pain, and have been able to put WAY too many hours on the water so far with very little pain.
So, tell me what y'all do to limit the muscle cramps between the shoulder blades. I've noticed It seems to get it worse when it's cold and I've got a few layers on. I'm guessing the added weight to the shoulders plus the temperature probably contribute to it. But, even when it's warm and I spend all day on the water, I'll inevitably feel the tightness from the middle of my back to my lower neck.
Any home remedies? Exercises? Stretching? Snake Oil? Magic Holistic Herbs?
