Quick question, Do you have to have a boat permit for a kayak on lake worth? I’ve looked online and can’t seem to find squat about it. This place is basically in my back yard so it would be great for quick trips.

If you use trailer then you'll need a trailer permit but there is no permit for boats on the lake.

I used to have to have one on the bass boat so I just wanted to make sure. I’ve heard you have to have a flag and safety lights. Any truth to that?

No law concerning a flag but it's a good idea. Must have a 360 white light if your out after sunset or before sunrise.
