Anybody that's good at estimating give me an idea of what this fish weighs? It was about 20 inches. The senko used was a 5 inch bait. I'm guessing 6+ pounds but maybe that's wishful thinking. This is a Colorado Bass so it's like catching a 10+ in Texas. Lol

I'd say around 5#. Might be a little more prespawn. On the paper chart we use for paper tournaments 20" bass would be 4.7# Nice looking fish either way.

Nice fish especially for Colo. I'd give it 6 pounds.

It was the craziest 4 casts of my fishing life in Colorado. If that ones 6 then I caught two more 5's and a 5.5 the next three casts. Best part was my 7 year old son got to real one in and my gf got to real the 5.5 in.

They all look to be between 4 and 5 but considering the lack of oxygen at those altitudes go ahead and call em 7#'s

Probably 10 lbs. Looks like it goes from your cigar to your belt. 30 inches. Monster.

He said it was about 20 inches. I have caught a 22 inch smallmouth that wighed 6 pounds and were not that fat. Pretty fish.

Yeah ive caught a 9.5, a couple 8's, a 7, and several 6's out of Falcon. That was years ago though. This fish felt a lot bigger than 4.8. I guess I need to bring a scale next time because i'll never know. It felt like a 6+ to me bit it looks like im probably over estimating it.

Haha it's all good brother. I'm going to call it 5.75 and be thankful my son was with me.
