Starts fine at wot it is missing? Or needing fuel . Idk
If I let off the throttle it runs fine. If I gun it it cuts out.

Been two years since carbs worked on. Have not changed plugs or fuel filter this year.

Any suggestions where to start?

it could be the magnets from the inside of the flywheel.

Yes, I have seen the magnets come un-glued. There even is a repair kit for the 90 to 125 motors.
