My yearly public service announcement >>>>> we should cover from the sun all year long but warmer weather is upon us and people tend to shed clothes. Us old folks especially need to cover up. Had another melanoma cut off today so I have a shoulder full of stitches. Let's take the precautions we need so we can keep chasing those crappie This unpaid ad was approved by me

Very good advice. Ive made a conscious effort the last few years to make sure and put sunscreen on.

Thanks for the reminder. I usually remember after the first sun burn. Hope those stiches don't keep you off the water. Looks like a lot of rain coming in next week so it might have been a good time to get it done.

I started wearing a buff about 7 years ago, and will probably never go back to using sunscreen. If you have not tried them, give it a shot. It does take a little getting used to, but after a few trips, you won't even know it's there.

It does take a little getting used to, but after a few trips, you won't even know it's there. I have suggested that to Tbox and Slewfoot. Not because of the sun but because it improves their looks I am terrible at remembering the sunscreen and I haven't been able to get used to the buffs. Thanks for the reminder. When I get old I will have to start thinking more about this

wide brim hat, long sleeve shirts, long pants for the last 3-4 years. Even guide gloves and buffs. I wear all dry-wicking clothes, actually cooler in the summer.

When I get old I will have to start thinking more about this I'm thinking maybe I need to wear one to hide my good looks!! Cause you and TBox both have 3 pounders! So it's either big crappie like ugly or old as heck people! Cause I don't fall in either of those yet!!!
