The CMC Powerlift on my Basscat P3 doesnt work. I have been told that the motor is bad. Where is a best place around the metroplex to get it working again and rewired as the switches have evidently been removed from the boat at somepoint before I bought it?

Call CMC and have them ship you the parts you need. I have never done a motor so I have nothing on that but i have had replaced the spacers on one when the old ones wore enough that there was some slop in it.
The actuator (motor) and switches should be common replacement parts.
