Yesterday morning, William Yardley and Tim Teal fished together from 9 am - 11 am today and did a little comparison of the durability of the eyes on the TEXAS RATTLER™ jigs vs. another rattling jig today over some shell reefs and the TEXAS RATTLER™ eyes held up to the knarly shell and the toothy trout .. pics courtesy of William Yardley.

Will was using the Chickenboy Whippin' Chicken Phantom Purple on a 1/8 oz. Pink/GoldEye TEXAS RATTLER™ and Tim was using a Chickenboy Whippin Chicken Pearl Chartruese on a competitors rattling jighead he was having some problems with his soft plastics slipping on him, so he came by my shop and I put my U-Lock™ on it for him.

Both launched from land using kayaks to go wade fish a shell reef in 20+ mph winds and Tim used his phone camera and Will used his waterproof camera.

Report from these young anglers that it was good trout bite until the tide stopped moving.

These young men - testing the durability of the color and eyes holding on the TEXAS RATTLER™ vs. another type rattling jighead on the market - tells you the rest of the story.

This may be the best pic Will sent me ...

Will did a good job of taking those pics and word is that he is helping rebuild Rockport with his fiberglass work at the bait stands and his boat shop Blue Horizon Fiberglass

The Rockport Rattler is my confidence jighead. It's all I really throw anymore.

I'm not a chick.

Yes sir Lindsey - rattling jigheads improve your fish catch, and the ...

TEXAS RATTLER™ jigs I am making for you, with the U-Lock™ I have invented, is a far more superior locking device than I put on the old Rockport Rattler I invented in 2003 and or the US Patent I earned in September 2009 for putting an 'adjustable locking device" on a jighead, ...

... deal is the people I sold the Rockport Rattler to have abandoned the US Patent I assigned them and haven't make the steel wire lock "adjustable", so the Rockport Rattler has become a "1 strike and your out" of a soft plastic jighead.

The TEXAS RATTLER™ jigs with its U-Lock™ (U-Lock™ = universal lock) will save your soft plastics from slipping or tearing or slicing on fish bites, so an angler will catch more fish per soft plastic used.
