Gotta hand it to them. Fiberglass consoles in an aluminum rig allows for a lot of possibilities. Good for them. I will always root for the new upstart companies, especially when they are being run by a core group of guys that have a passion for the industry.
I have no grand illusions that Vexus will ever put Ranger or any other boat company out of business but they should be able to carve out a nice niche in the bass boat industry over the next ten years.
And since Legend sold to Bass Pro and their future is now uncertain, I may very well be a new Vexus (still hate the name) owner one day in the not too distant future.

I may not be too far behind you Ken in trying to take advantage of a lower start up price point as they start selling boats. I think the alum. rig looks pretty sharp!
See you on the lake and have a great day!

I don't have any interest in the aluminum rigs but I am looking forward to the 21' FG rigs. Maybe by then Yamaha will be caught up with production on their SHO's...

I have heard from a handful of people in the industry that their Fiberglass models are supposed to be some of the highest prices in the current market but that's just hearsay.

If their aluminum rig with a 150 is 32k, their fiberglass will be outrageous.

A 19' aluminum boat with a pad hull will scoot along nicely with a 150 but yeah I wonder why its only rated for that when others are rated for 200hp

I am just glad there are people out there with the expertise, the guts, and the deep pockets it takes to tackle this market. It can only be good for the industry. Innovation breeds innovation in an industry. I, for one, am anxiously awaiting the introduction. Other manufacturers should be happy because it will get the buying public interested again. I just hope the boat is as exciting as the hype has been.
