Am I the only one that thinks they close the ramps because its convenient? Once the water gets over the top of the boat ramps they close it. And wait till the water goes down and the parking lot dries out.

Lavon is a SH It will take them 6 months to figure out the parking lots dont need to be fixed, and then they open the gate. And I have a hard time believeing every boat ramp and parking lot was flooded.
