Was wondering has anyone been fishing Seaton creek or know how to access it since they're building homes around there

This really stinks if you`re a bank fisherman you can only access it from a boat now which will be a long boat ride from Britton Park and even longer from Cedar Hill State park but then why would you when there are other much better places to fish. 2cents

Thanks for the input guys but unfortunately I don't own a boat and don't know many other places to fish so I have to go to places that I know of. Now if you wanna give me some advice I would surely appreciate it.
