The weather man was wrong again but it was in our favor this time in East Texas. Expected to wake up to more rain but it was a beautiful morning so time to harass the local fish population again. All fish were caught in about 2 ft. water on a Bonehead stump bug (purple/chartreuse). Water temp was 63 degrees. Only one throwback today and put 22 in the cooler.

Yeah, the weather was not at all what they had predicted.

I too decided against working, gardening when the nice weather presented itself...had to check out a local creek bank, only to find that I should have been there yesterday! Regardless, brought home eleven. food
