I would like to think it is Ernest Hemingway, but sadly, it is probably Homer Simpson (or I should say the voice of Homer), who was a classmate of mine.

Hardly anyone beyond a couple of athletes that made it in the pros.

Number one would probably be Colin Edwards who won a Superbike world championship.

Forgot about Roy Harris who won the World Heavyweight boxing championship. He is the most famous Conroe alumni.

I know Colin well. Great family. He has a successful training facility in Montgomery. My kid raced against him for a number of years.
