Monday-Friday nothing. Usually eggs w/whatever leftover meats are in the fridge. We're eating @ Saltgrass tonight so tomorrow will be steak and eggs. This and coffee with heavy whipping cream!
Whether you think you can or you can't, you are probably right.

The first thing every morning is a "full glass of cold water" down the hatch, then coffee with cream and sugar.
The weekdays are different for me due to time.
I eat full breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday.
"full glass of water" should be on the list. It's vital for your vitals.
...wisdom! Truth and wisdom regarding the statement about water. My personal requirement is slightly more than a gallon of water per day intake. Starting off the day with 12+ ounces makes the other 118+ easier.

There is a lot of science out there that suggest skipping breakfast may in fact be very good for you. I'm sure you are aware but it's called intermittent fasting. I don't eat after dinner at night and only break my fast with a protein shake after my morning workout. That's it for me for breakfast. It's been working out stellar for me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m6KClPkotxM&t=757s

Food is so over rated - unless we are talking bacon, brisket and or crawfish. Carry on

Call it whatever and regardless of time. Many refer to the 16/8 method within the intermittent fasting circles. This works for some however many who are borderline diabetic, hypo/hyper glycemic or those who are training for an event...regardless of age it is not as effective as fueling every 2-3 hours. Thanks for sharing the podcast.

here is a good one i love.
1 whole banana, some blue berries and black berries, mashed all together. then add 4 spoon fulls of plain yogurt. 1 package of stevia, and a package of dry whole oats and mix all together the night before and by morning the oatmeal is nice and soft. i sometimes add some granola to it as well.
this morning i had some muffins i made that have oatmeal, ground flak seeds, coconut flour, fresh blueberries, banana, egg, and stevia to replace sugar.
