Looking to replace our old systems with new.
1- 2 Ton Lennox 16 seer. and 1- 3 Ton same. Heat Pumps Units and controls only. What is a ball park price I should be seeing?

Goodman - $5k
York/Lennox - $6k-$7k
Carrier - $7k-$8k
Trane - $8k-$9k

$1500.00-$3000.00 for a heat pump unit at Lowes : https://www.lowes.com/pl/Heat-pumps-Heating-cooling/4294618089You can get an installer through Lowes and usually cheaper than getting a regular A/C national installer like Bosworth for example . By the time Bosworth gets through you'll spend $7k-$10k .

Did this over you the last 2 years with Trane units.
Spend $10,000 all together.

I did 2.5 ton, 16 Seer Lennox and it was $8000
