Yes. The regular Mag Draft is great most oof the year. Just choose the size that yoo are comtortable throwing and have the right gear to do so. The Magslowl is great in colder water.

The 6" is not an intimidating size at all, catch a lot of fish under 3 pounds on it. I've only gone up to the 8" and have had decent success on it. I swap out the bottom treble on the Magslowl because that feather is gigantic.
