Friend of mine came back today, 3 of them go twice a year, they stay a week.
They were coming back 3 days early, conditions were perfect, but the fish were locked down, and suspended.
they caught maybe 20,..they're going back to work Monday and save the vacation. good luck ...

We are definitely in the post spawn stage for the most part.. Many fishermen figured it out this weekend and caught em good deeper.. Humps and gravel bars out in 12-20 feet of water are holding good numbers of decent fish. Long points with rock and gravel, from the mid-lake south are doing best.. We caught them good on Friday.

Some shallow schooling fish on windblown rocks. Try a trap or Red Eye on them. And then follow the slope outward till you find em.. Not all rock has fish on them, but a lot do..

Tigers area was good over the weekend.. Ol Monsters in plum or darker colors doing well.. Some folks C-rigging the fish with good results.. Also a shakey head with a big worm.. (I hate that [censored]..) Drop shot catching them as well.. (I really hate that [censored]..)

Will try and post a full report tomorrow on my site..

James hit the nail on the head. I spent my first day flipping and spinner baiting and only caught 8 fish... started graphing main lake points and humps and found the fish. the next day the wind blew 30-35 and I lost a day.. my last day I got to fish my stuff on the south end and we absolutely wrecked them!
