Is there a product on the market that’ll save your thumbs from fish tooth abrasion? My fingers really get sore after lipping a largemouth. Appreciate any help

I always see Randy Howell wearing these. Can’t say I’ve ever had this problem but if you catch that many you may need it.

Expected a bunch of answers like this. A bunch of dink bass will tear up your thumb just as easy as a few large ones. So do sand bass and stripers. Just want to save my thumb.

Athletic tape is the least expensive method and will stay put when wet. If you want to trick it up you can get different colors at Academy or online.
