I want to say it was about this time last year. He has been working on it and refining it for quite some time.

I just season my brisket by liberally rubbing sweet baby rays bbq sauce all over it, and then smoking it.
Team wolfs I had to perform. It took a minute to get it all in my mouth and another five to swallow it all.

The answer is "how you and yours like it". Only one person on this thread that is calling people out and laughing at them. But hasn't offered their recipie. There was a gal I worked with from OK back in the day that brought her crock pot Brisket to pot lucks. Everyone loved it. And requested it. Old school slow cooker shredded BBQ beef Sandwich. You can still get one at Dieter Brothers in Lindsay. Good as I remember it.

Or go to Dieter Brothers in Lindsay and ask for the recipie. Good luck. When I was a kid... Brisket was not a thing. Chuck was. And in a slow cooker. I suppose that makes me an old.
