Coarse SPG, or Montreal steak seasoning is just great. If you gotta buy one, Tman has a rub that goes beyond SPG. I build my own these days.

Ronnie Davis turned me on to Fiesta Brisket Rub. I love it and you can order it in 5 pounds from Amazon. I think they have a bucket at Fiesta grocery stores that is a good price.

I dunno JP. Salt, Paprika, Sugar, garlic and onion. I wouldn't buy that, too easy to make it, and much cheaper.



Have any of y'all tried smoking your rub ingredients and then assembling it? Makes a huge difference.
