Started the day with some thunderstorms. It seems like everyday has been that way here recently. I prefer fishing overcast rainy days to sunny ones. Anyway, got to the river and headed to shallow water. First cast, caught a fish. I moved around just to see if the river was saturated and of course it was. Great day to be on the water. Hope you guys and gals are getting out.

I drove by one of my creeks today - high and muddy. So im back to work on the video until things settle out a little.

For sure those muddy mess days can be some of the best. The only drawback is if there is a lot of debris in the water catching on your fly. The fish tend to be on a frenzy though.
