The only full time bass guide that I know of is Dannie and he will treat you well.

Thanks for some of the mentions fellows . We have gotten out of the guide stuff for awhile . With a 2 year old and another on the way my fishing will decrease . When I do go I want to enjoy the time . I'm already lucky to have a great career , it will more than likely be my retirement gig in a few years

Dannie Golden - Get-Bit Guide Service - 817-228-5999 - Plan on having a good time. He will work his butt off putting you on fish. I know because I have been out with him here on Roberts more times than I can remember, also a couple of years down on Falcon, and have gone 3 years with a group of his down to El Salto in Mexico. Top notch all the way and worth every penny for his service. Plan on booking very early because he works over 200 dates a year and gets filled up pretty quick.

This, fished with him for 11 years and he works hard, gets on fish, and doesn't sweat much for a fat boy. You might even learn a thing or two.

Used to live in Pilot Point and have fished the lake a zillion times. Be assured, Dannie is an excellent guide with a great reputation. NOTHING against him. But Jimmy Walling has fished the lake since it was impounded and knows every inch of it. He knows places that very very few know and is amazing at finding fish. He guides sand bass and crappie trips most of the time, but I've fished with him and have known him a lot of years, he will really teach you about the lake. We used to be married to the same woman. NO, not at the same time!! He's a really good dude!! Too good for her!! Sorry, had to say that!!
