What should my water pressure gauge be reading if my impeller is functioning properly? 175 Merc EFI

At least 5 psi at idle and close to 20-25 psi at full throttle!

Im getting 12-15 psi at half throttle and 20-22 psi at WOT. This is on a 18.5 ft Ranger with a new lower unit. Had similar readings on old lower unit.
