Nice! Mine looks just like my wife's turkey baster! I have also used those cheap plastic condiments bottles.

Cool I run a worthless napa maintenance free that lasts longer and costs less. Sure ..as long as you pop those "maintenance free" caps off of it and add water. If it's a lead acid battery, it need its levels checked periodically.

I need something like that that wont overfill since I cant see the level in one of the batteries It will overfill if you keep squeezing the bottle. I can't see my batteries, so I unstrp them and turn them so I can see the water level. Main advantage for the water bottle is it doesn't spill water everywhere when moving from one cell to the next.

If it's a lead acid battery, it need its levels checked periodically. I may need to start but I have never checked the water level in a sealed maintenance free battery. I just replaced a 3yr old set of batteries in my boat. The old batteries are still fine I just don't like to ruin a days fishing due to faulty old batteries. I installed the old batteries in my farm truck. I will pry the top off the old batteries and check the water level. The batteries that I took out of the farm truck were 5yrs old and nearly spent. They started their life in my boat as well.

I like the DIY from Chu and 361V. that is exactly what I need! Thanks UJC! I have one battery tucked up under the rear deck that is a bugger to get in or out. I have to removed the fuel filter and other battery just to get to it. I'm tired of getting close, using a mirror and a syringe
