Help me out please. I just bought a project boat for my college son. I was given the signed title on the boat and motor. Where do I take them, tax office or parks and wildlife? It's been too many years since I did the last one. Thank you.

Make sure the correct forms are filled out also, they are very picky about all the paperwork. VIN transcribed on form also.
