I have a Tandem boat trailer for sale. It started life under a 96 Nitro. I bought the trailer, completely rebuilt it with new bearings, electric brakes, spring bushings, equalizer bars, new treated bunks, sealed beam lights all soldered connections. Rebuild took place one year ago.

I fitted the trailer to a 96 Stratos 201. Then totaled the boat and insurance stuck me with the trailer. It does have the folding tongue. The carpet I used was cheap, so one or two bunks need the carpet replaced otherwise its ready to go. Pulled it from Kansas to Monroe, La last fall.

Asking $1500. Or would trade for a bass boat hull and trailer that is rated for a 200hp.

BTW: Located in SE Kansas.

PM me phone numbers or email and I will send pics on request.

Thanks

How do you "fit" a trailer to a different brand boat?

In this case it involved cutting the bunk board brackets loose from the frame, positioning them in the correct location and angles for the boat hull and rewelding them....all while the boat was suspended from a two-post car lift.

If you buy a aftermarket trailer like a Haul-Rite, the bunk boaard brackets are adjustable and are simply adjusted to fit whatever hull shape you have.
