Anything I can catch with a fly rod. Right now I'm focused on sand bass. I have a spot I like to go to but would really like one close to me so I can go before or after work.

Well if you have to know Rock creek just south of Blum is awesome when there is enough water and this year there will be. Also the Nolan river right at Blum is fine also.

True but it's a bit too deep to wade in the Nolan there generally so I go up river a bit. Still a fine place to fish if there is enough water.

I have heard the creek that feeds in to lake pat cleburne is not to bad
