Was going to mount my Motorguide trolling motor on my Jon boat this afternoon while it's raining. Wanted to know if anyone has used the rubber Isolator bolts like Motorguide has or is their a better way to get them to NOT pull up out of the aluminum?

If you have access to underneath the motor use 1/4 20bolts with fender washers and nyloc nuts. Good luck.
