I just wish they'd make one that played music.how hard can it be They do. Lowrance has a sonic hub that basically makes your HDS a head unit

Shoot, best I can do is a 10 incher and had to borrow money to get it. I was struttin like a rooster with boots on and then I see this dude with 3-12's. Made me feel like a homey. My lotto ticket comes in I'll be back.  Bet hes got a 12 and a 9 on the bow too...

It won't be long before somebody sells waterproofed PC's running software equal to the best DF's on the market. These things are basically just that, but probably a lot more horsepower in a PC than they can put in a finder. Those Panasonic Tough Books are just about there now I bet.

Thats a million dollar idea Bill! The tech is all off the shelf too. The laptop goes in a waterproof case. It rides in the console with cables to transducers surrounding the hull. Displays are wireless Bluetooth touchscreen.

I have already seen people running tablet mounts with navionics as an extra map screen.
