How are you cooking rice? I've cooked it only one way all my life but never knew about the cancer causing material..ARSENIC. Studies have proven that by soaking rice overnight rids 80% of the arsenic in your rice. There are many chemicals and pesticides used on rice during the growing stage and most of which stays in the ground. Hummmmm Try Googling this for MORE info...

too late. i'm screwed. i eat rice with everything. have all my life. sometimes i make a little pot of rice with butter and salt in it and just eat it right out of the pot.

Not sure how I reached 70 as much rice as I eat. I wonder if orientals soak theirs? Hispanics I know don't.
