You're so right Jimmy. Glad it was just 'stuff' that was messed up. The man upstairs was watching out for ya.

Good eye Kirk!! lol

Sorry you're getting the run around with insurance. Good luck for getting put back together in time for spring fishing... which is now! lol

NO! Frustrating fighting with insurance or lack of communication from them. "What's an EZ Step? Never heard of it"? Explanation doesn't seem to help, even with pics/URL. "What transducer on the TM"? It's in the pics I sent you. "We didn't take a pic". "Didn't see it". As I explained, I removed the TM, your guy didn't take a pic; it's in the pics/URL I sent you and him. "What's a LiftSaver... on and on". I've never had these issues with previous claims.

I don't care to bash the company by name publicly. They've been good to me in the past. It seems the approver has to get the approval of another approver, that has to get the approval of... No wonder there is no accountability anymore or so it seems. Rant over.

Uh oh...the dreaded Lack of Communication...hmmm, so your best guess at this point is sometime in June?

Dang it, I would be having withdrawals just thinking about that...I would be their worst nightmare, five times a day...till they got me through to the right person, and then I would be riding them hard... taz cowboy de

UPDATE:

All is well. After a not too pleasant call from the adjuster (3rd party contractor for Ins.), the ins. co. followed up on the call. After hearing what I thought about the call, they (Ins.) cut the middle man out, and we agreed how to work this out. I'm hoping to have it all done in time for Millwood.

That sounds a lot better Jimmy. I believe you'll be ready for Millwood. thumb

If you start having withdrawals, just holler and we can plan a day of fishing...hey, you can even sit up front, groove on the electronics and I can run the troller from the back!

might want to check into an " agreed value policy" with your insurance company. if the haggling gets nitpicky, you can request they total the boat, tell them to come get it out of your yard, and cut you a check for whatever the policy is. They arent going to he and haw over a few items, when they otherwise may have to cut a check for 30 grand.

COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !
