Does the different colors mean for different sizes of line? Like the red, yellow and black?

Eagle Claw has different colors and red and yellow are for small line black up to 15lb. but tight. Bought some from a guy that posts on here, has two sizes small for lighter line and a bigger size up to 20-25lb line. Ya get plenty for the money, I like em.

? Haven't used a bobber since I was a kid. What's the purpose of a bobber stopper? The few I still have have spring clips to keep them in place.
?

Fishing, a man knows a serenity of soul and peace of mind that he finds in doing nothing else, and it makes no difference whether or not he catches anything. The mind of a true fisherman is not on petty subjects.

^ to keep a jig or lure at a pre determined depth

Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach

They are used for slip float rigs. I use the dog ear ones but they have several different types.

As I stated above, I use them to peg a t-rig weight on the hook for flipping.
