After being at Rayburn last weekend I was excited to be going back next weekend the 28th. Looks like I might not have near as much fun now that all this rain is showing up.

not on Rayburn. When it wad flooded last spring we caught so many flipping trees where you couldn't even see the actual lake it was crazy. The swimjig/frog bite should be fixing to go crazy with more water getting into bushes

I wouldn't worry at all. You might not be sight fishing if that's what you were looking forward to but otherwise the bite will be good!

I found this to be true. We found them up in the trees and the bite was great.

The only difference between a little girls scream and a warrior's battle cry is the direction your'e running!

No not yet. Still a few feet before that. Might get enough to hold a few on the edge of some bushes from what I looked at but there's still more rain forecasted. I would like it to go about 5' over for the rest of the year.

Hey Skipper- I'm still new to Rayburn and trying my best to get some things figured out but so far its been whooping me come tournament day.
Do the fish get in the bushes at full pool or does it need to be high?
I have seen several places that have bushes that are in the water at 2ft low so you add another 2 ft. to that and I would think they would be prime.

Trees are a long ways off, major bushes are not.

Just depends on how much water they have on them and time of year.
