kind of the same principle as the bazillionares living in the cali hills. its just a matter of time before it burns but the view is nice and affordable with that kind of income.

True. But that's the case with any weather/water changes. I can say this.....the weather trend has been stable. Cold, raining, and [censored]. Lol. For a week now.
I'm still gonna give it a shot today. I will also have some lighter presentations on deck also....just in case they still have lock jaw. Well.....flipping bushes won me big bass and first today. Yeah flooded lakes ROCK

It wasn't "big" big. 5.79. My sack was only 19.40.
But.....
Second place had one fish.
The rest of the tourney zeroed.

But.....
Second place had one fish.
The rest of the tourney zeroed. 19.40 is a heck of sack in this weather, actually a good sack in any weather. Prolly got chu a few haters, lol.

give up your off topic weather forecasts. this new water is a good thing. Yup you are right... Just go tell the people on the east side of the metro that are flooded out of their homes that this is a good thing and see what they say. I am sure they will agree If the city of Rockwall would be honest they would love to bulldoze that whole area and start over. There is a reason that area was given the nickname "happy crappy homes" a long long long time ago

Yeah, I guess the DFW and East are topped off. San Angelo is drier than a bone. Would love to see water in Buttes and Ivie....maybe one of these days.

That was crazy. Gvine was like 20+ ft high right? I saw water at the bathrooms at mcpherson.. I also took my old boat under the balcony at the gaylord. Other places in Texas could only wish for some of this! Brad +1 to that. You guys need to enjoy all this rain. I'd love to just build a big pipe and take some of that water sometimes and pump into our lakes.

High water that is dropping--- draining out the spillway causes the fish to scatter. I wouldn't go to the lake expecting to flip shallow cover. That may not be the case.
