Does anyone know if an annual boat launch pass that you can purchase for multiple lakes?

I was thinking buying a $30 pass from the Corp of engineers, but I wasnt sure if this covers the boat launch too, or if it is just access to those areas/parks.

There is also a national parks pass for $80 as well, but again not sure if this would cover boat launch costs.

Any feedback would be great.

You can launch in any state park for free if you buy the annual pass. If not launch is included with daily fee of getting into the park if there is a ramp. Never seen a park that didn't have one but doesn't mean there isn't one. Not sure about this multi lake pass you referred to.

I have a lifetime launch pass from COE. It allows me to launch at any of their facilities.

There is no pass that covers them all but the TPWD pass is probably the best option.

COE pass does not mean it can be used on all COE lakes... Grapevine is a good example, the parks are owned by the city so they dont recognize the COE pass.

Same thing at Pilot knoll park on Lewisville, owned by the city so COE pass does not work.

See you on the lake and have a great day!

State Park pass is probably the most bang for the buck.

See this is the confusing part. If you have a COE pass, how do you know if it covers a launch at a certain spot or not?

Good question! I am guessing if you pull into the park and see the COE castle you fall under the pass if not it is probably a city owned park and ramp. Just a guess on my part. I actually thought I was buying a COE pass last year at pilot knoll and turned out it only worked there. That was fine, that was where I launch but still I thought I was going to get to use the pass at other ramps and lakes.

Just bought an annual pass it was $40.

You can type any lake into google with TPWD following it. It will bring up an overview page of the lake. There is a map and a link under it with all the public ramps. Clicking this link will show who runs and operates each ramp.

Here is the link for Lewisville as an example. Im guessing if you stick with COE ramps youll be fine.

The COE pass doesn't cut it if they don't offer day-use in that park, or at least that was what I ran into at Benbrook a few years ago.
