I'm needing to have some reels cleaned and was wondering if anyone had some recommendations on who to use?

I'd encourage you to learn to do it yourself. I learned last year and was surprised that it wasn't all that complicated. Half of my reels are Shimano and I found the following YouTube playlist (the video is the first in a series) which really helped. With my non-Shimano reels, the only difference is how you get them open; all of my reels pretty much look the same on the inside. https://youtu.be/ZLpO74dWuoE
