Nobody is going to catch a single fish That happened in a Ray Hubbard tournament several years back. I wasn't fishing the tournament that day but I was on the water and never got a bite. I checked the results when I got home to find everyone zeroed. Nobody even reported catching a short fish that day. It was tougher conditions than what is going to happen at Fork though. I think it was late February/early March and water was so cold you could see shad doing death spirals everywhere by the thousands. I have no idea how they handled the money situation that day.

Crazy, They're gonna be eating somewhere. Its also crazy to me how y'all find em. I sometimes wonder if some people truly know where to go and what to do or if just stumbling upon a honey hole, for example Jordan Lee at Conroe.. If his motor ran, Id bet money he wouldn't have stayed there all that time.. Not saying he just stumbled on the win but I don't think he knew the winning bag was there and to stay there would win. It would be cool to know AFTER the tournament what y'all thought before and if it was accurate or close or far off the conditions of the fish.. Anyhow good luck to y'all, I wish I knew the lake, Id try it out and try to pick an area and stay and get lucky. Im gonna try a big bass event there one day, one day.. He didn't stumble up on that spot....well known locals sweet spot.

I still bet it takes an over to win. There will be a fair amount of fish caught and weighed in.

It was early February on Winnsboro. Air temp was 28 and water temp was 45 and the wind was howling out of the north at 20-25. 28 teams and not s single fish was caught that day. The money for the Club was put towards the Championship and what would have gone as payouts and big bass was returned to the participating members. Man it was a miserable day... Good luck to everyone on Saturday. Be safe!
