anyone know if this little lake has a boat ramp ? about 5 years ago i went there to bank fish there was the bumpy arse road that lead to the west side .......

They have two lakes side by side and the second lake has a parking area and a boat launch. I don't know much about any fishing in there lately but if you go, give us a report.

Just 30 or so minutes away in Canton, there is Mill Creek Reservoir and I fished it about a month ago, found a warmer day to do so. It was lots of fun, a small lake with little in the way of vegetation but TPWD has placed fish attractors in it. I had a really good day as winter fishing goes, for LMBs. I think it is also noted as a good crappie lake.

It has a nice boat ramp but requires a small fee to launch boats, though kayaks are free. You stop at the police station, as I recall, to get a permit. 230 or so acres, so easy to cover in even a small boat.
