cut some round steaks out of a hindquarter Monday and took 6 steaks out today. tenderized 4 and country fried em. almost could cut em with a fork. really tender and tasty. kept 2 aside and marinated in a red wine/worcestershire sauce mix. will pan sear and oven cook them tomorrow. going to be hard to beat the fried ones though. i'll post the results. really wanted mashed potato and gravy with it, but my wife had surgery and is on a liquid diet. didn't want to press my luck.

Gravy is too easy to make not to have it on there. Still looks good.

seared the other two steaks tonight, then gave em 3 min in the oven at 450. tasted great, looked great, but just a little too chewy for me. oh well, back to the drawing board.
