I thought that might affect it, but it doesn't. We tried multiple iPads and iPhones and can't reproduce your problem.

Can someone post a screen shot of their iPad settings related to camera and photo? Ive asked here and THF and no one responded, unless I missed it. This will allow me to make sure my settings are correct and its something else, like Cast said. This is one of those times it will start to work when you hand it to the Apple Genius guy. Youre probably right, and I will be extremely annoyed.
