Looks like everything will be flooded by the end of the week. I know we needed rain but I didn't want every bit of the rain we were short to fall in 2 days. I'm not impressed, I survived Harvey ! Wasn't trying to impress anyone....

Im pretty sure the lakes can handle 6 inches. 6 inches in 3-5 days will flood them but yes they can handle it. Now the subsequent floods in March-June.. don't think so.

Widespread 2-4 inches with isolated amounts of 6 inches. Since when does that flood something other than a bar ditch for a couple hours. This will be some much needed rain.

We will be glad to take any that y'all don't want up here in the panhandle. It's been over 120 days since we've had any type of recordable moisture.

Wasn't trying to impress anyone.... Well I guess I don't see the gist of your post then. Sounded like you're lamenting getting 2-4 inches of rain in a couple of days? I don't get the problem with that. Sounds like nothing to me. So what's the deal with getting rains?

With the creeks around here primed, if we get 4-6 inches, tawakoni will be over the spillway. We moved boats today out of boat houses and are ready to move our irrigation pumps
