 HELP- having a couple problem with helix units.

Ok guys I’m
Having a few problems with my graphs and hoping I can get some help. I’m running 2 helix 9 gen 1 with a ultrex link.
1st problem , I have my graphs networked together and linked to TM. I damaged my link cable on TM and had to have head unit replaced now I can’t get graphs to share weigh points.
2nd problem is when I choose certain screens like self test,bird eye view and gauges to be HIDDEN they reset every time I restart graph.
3rd problem started a few months ago when I set a weigh point and the number was in the 1600’s but I only had 700 ish weight points . When I go to tab at top and look at weigh points it says I have 7xx .
I hope I explained all this right, thanks in advance guys.

You must have gotten a refurbished unit that had 900 previous waypoints on it.
Install the current software.
Helix 12 CHIRP MEGA SI+ GPS G3N and G4N, 1198c SI, SOLIX 10 SI G3,

No sir brand new, but ive already had it for a year and a half befor this started.

Remove all cards in the card reader. back up all waypoints and do a factory reset and see if that corrects the issues.
Are you in simulation when hiding screens? If so they will reappear in regular mode. Hide them in regular mode, not simulation mode.

Ok David I’ll do that, not sure how to back up but I’ll figure it out. And no I change settings on water and still goes back once I restart graph.

Good chatting with you today. Do like Wayne says and update the software. Before you do that do a factory default. Back up your waypoints 1st step.
Call me if you get stuck and I will walk you through it.
