You can add salt, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno or hot sauce at your discretion

Get some good fresh pico and some good slightly soft avacados. Mix it up. Easy peasy.

Remove the meat of 3 ripe avocados and place in a bowl. Smash with a fork. I usually use a fork first then switch to a spatula to mix. Add salt, pepper and lime to taste. You can make it with or without finely diced onion. You can also add diced jalapeno and tomato.

Just the basic avocado, salt, pepper and lime is delicious. Like all recipes, you can get creative with guacamole or stick to the basics.

Try it without. I never put it in mine because it's not something I keep around on a regular basis. I make guacamole about once a week, so I use what I have. There are plenty of guacamole recipes on the internet without cilantro. It's good both ways.

2 Hass Avocados
1/2 of a Jalapeno pepper, seeded, and minced
1/4 of a red onion, finely chopped
2 heaping Tablespoons of Cilantro, finely chopped (optional)
1/4 of a lime, juiced
1/4 teaspoon salt

Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl, and mash together until smooth. Add additional lime juice or salt to taste. For extra spicy guacamole, you can leave in the jalepeno seeds!

Keep it simple! Mash it up, a little salt, good fresh chips and have at it!
