Ramada is awesome, but not the cheapest. However, I've never had an issue with theft so that's nice. Tommy's trailers at River Street Lodging would be my #2 if you're wanting user friendly, close to water etc. I just always find myself in town for groceries, dinner, etc, so Ramada is convenient. Cant go wrong with River Street.

Look up Ruthies on the devil river. They have trailer houses... Every thing furnished but the food.. pots/pans/fridge/stove/towels/ some have covered boat parking...some will sleep as many as 8/10,not a 5 star by warm/cool dry and clean...

The Lodge at Sanders Point at rough canyon was very nice. Good people run it. Felt safe leaving my boat out at night!!
